Trenton Makes LLC® was formed in 1997. The company owns and manages approximately 20,000 square feet of retail, office and studio space at 439 South Broad Street in Trenton, NJ. Trenton Makes® houses more than 24 tenants that include artists, small businesses, non-profits and retail businesses including a nightclub and a restaurant. Trenton Makes® was the vision of a group of partners including real estate developer and entrepreneur Roland Pott. The project stands as the example of an up and coming entertainment district at the corner of Hamilton Ave. and South Broad St, across the street from the 10,000 seat Sovereign Bank Arena. Trenton Makes is committed to the urban revitalization of Trenton, NJ through art and commerce.
